Our Culture

Think engineers don't know how to have fun? Think again!

Interface Engineering is full of fun, friendly, motivated people who truly enjoy their jobs. Words like quality, excellence and teamwork—well, they're more than just buzzwords to us. We're committed to high standards, and you can see it in our work.

Interface wants every employee to achieve his or her full potential. That's why we encourage our staff to take classes and pursue certification and licensure. You'll find us writing technical papers, actively participating in professional organizations, sharing our ideas with colleagues and attending educational seminars. (Our interest is more than the free food--we promise.)

We definitely work hard, but we pour our energy into play too! Through our CARE Committee we sponsor multiple events,  the annual CANStruction which benefits the Oregon Food Bank, and adopt families during the holiday season through local interest groups.  We plan ski trips and bowling nights, hockey events and summer picnics, have team Halloween competitions. And attend all sorts of parties and celebrations organized by our Fun Committee. Best of all, every year we sponsor a client golf tournament--a full day spent enjoying the outdoors, chatting and chipping. It's one of our most popular events.

Clearly, we're a friendly and energetic bunch. Hey, if you had co-workers as cool as we are, you'd want to hang out together, too! It's no wonder the Daily Journal of Commerce named us a "top employer," full of "active, engaged people." The bottom line is, we really love what we do. And that makes all the difference.
